5. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

You may schedule appointments through our website, by phone, or other specified methods. We request that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in scheduling restrictions or fees as permitted by law.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to provider availability, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Communication and SMS Messages

Edison Health may send you SMS messages related to your appointments after you opt in using our appointment form. These messages may include appointment reminders, requests for feedback, and other healthcare-related communications.

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by texting "STOP" to our short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
